This Privacy Policy explains how Seesaw Snap (the “App”) handles information when you use it. Seesaw Snap is a local-first iOS photo utility. The current version does not require an account and does not use advertising, analytics, or cloud photo storage.
The App may use the following information on your device:
Photos, videos, camera frames, filter schemes, and editing data are processed locally in the current version. We do not upload them to our servers or sell them to anyone.
Face data is processed only to provide automatic face detection and redaction. Automatic detection is initiated only when you select the automatic detection control in the Redact feature. It is not used for advertising, marketing, analytics, profiling, authentication, identification, surveillance, or data mining.
Face-detection results are held temporarily in memory only while the redaction workflow is active. They are not stored remotely, written to a persistent face-data store, or shared with third parties. They are discarded when the workflow ends or the App is terminated.
You control Photo Library and Camera permissions through iOS. You may grant, limit, or revoke permissions at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security. Features that require a denied permission may not work.
The current version does not request location or tracking permission.
For supported save and export actions, the App attempts to remove EXIF and GPS metadata. This is not a guarantee that every piece of metadata will be removed in every format or situation. Please check exported files before sharing them.
Preferences and filter schemes remain in local storage until you change them, remove them through an available App control, delete the App, or clear its data through iOS.
